Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists.
• Answer incoming calls, provide information about the restaurant, and assist with bookings.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining reservation records and guest logs.
• Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role (experience in hospitality or retail is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and Telugu.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Basic knowledge of using office equipment and reservation systems (experience with POS systems is a plus).
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
