Job Responsibilities: -Acknowledge all visitors promptly, regardless of task at hand. -Welcome patients and visitors with a cordial greeting and smile. -Attend to all patients\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries (telephone and walk in) promptly and courteously register patients for appointments and/or walk-in treatment, and direct patients to the appropriate practitioners for their needs. -Monitor schedule and patients who are waiting in reception area, notify practitioners of patient arrival, delays and no shows. -Call patients for follow-up whenever required - collect payments accurately, issuing of MC / receipts and the scheduling of next appointments -Record and file documents in accordance with SOP -Key in sales of products in software and collect payment -Send, receive and track lab cases -Call or email patients for follow-up whenever required -Ensure accurate translation of practitioners\xe2\x80\x99 schedule into Software where necessary Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
