Job Responsibilities:-Acknowledge all visitors promptly, regardless of task at hand.-Welcome patients and visitors with a cordial greeting and smile.-Attend to all patients enquiries (telephone and walk in) promptly and courteously register patients for appointments and/or walk-in treatment, and direct patients to the appropriate practitioners for their needs.-Monitor schedule and patients who are waiting in reception area, notify practitioners of patient arrival, delays and no shows.-Call patients for follow-up whenever required- collect payments accurately, issuing of MC / receipts and the scheduling of next appointments-Record and file documents in accordance with SOP-Key in sales of products in software and collect payment-Send, receive and track lab cases-Call or email patients for follow-up whenever required-Ensure accurate translation of practitioners schedule into Software where necessaryJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
