Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet visitors and clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Ensure all visitors are properly registered and directed to the appropriate personnel.
• Telecalling & Customer Support:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote services or products.
• Provide information about company offerings, promotions, and solutions.
• Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Manage daily office correspondence and emails.
• Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars.
• Assist in maintaining office records, filing, and document management.
• Handle basic administrative duties, such as data entry, managing office supplies, and organizing files.
• Coordination:
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth handling of customer requests.
• Assist the sales and marketing team by providing feedback from customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other Duties:
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Help with basic office management tasks as required.
• Any other duties assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure environments.
• Positive attitude, energetic, and enthusiastic.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer support, or client relations.
• Ability to speak multiple languages (optional but beneficial).
• Knowledge of CRM software or call management systems.
