Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist & Telecaller to manage front desk operations and handle telephonic communications. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the team with telecalling responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and visitor logs.
• Manage appointment scheduling and provide general administrative support.
• Handle inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
