Position: Telecaller & Receptionist

Role Overview:

DigiRank360 seeks a motivated Telecaller & Receptionist to enhance our customer service and sales efforts. In this role, you will utilize your exceptional persuasion skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell our products and services via phone or chat. Additionally, you will manage lead generation and handle both inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employ persuasive techniques to drive sales, upsell, and cross-sell company products and services.
• Generate and follow up on leads to expand our customer base.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications effectively via phone or chat.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to join immediately (next-day joiners preferred).
• Graduation not required.
