We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our admissions team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and their families to provide information about our programs, assist with the application process, and answer queries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to effectively convey our institute's offerings to prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact potential students via phone to provide information on courses, admission processes, and benefits of joining Acharya-IIT.
• Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process.
• Keep accurate records of call interactions, follow-ups, and student data in the database.
• Address student concerns with patience and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets to support the admissions team in reaching overall enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to share insights and continuously improve student outreach strategies.
