Job Description

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
• Utilize various tools and platforms to gather leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's target criteria.
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other channels.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with interested prospects.
• Follow up on inbound leads and referrals promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to nurture long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on market needs and trends.
• Identify opportunities for growth and suggest new business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients in the CRM system.
• Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and pipeline status.
• Use CRM data to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate new leads.
• Participate in webinars and online events to engage with potential clients and showcase the company's expertise.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the product development team to ensure a deep understanding of product features and benefits.
• Partner with the customer success team to ensure a smooth handoff of new clients and support their onboarding process.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and results to senior management.
• Analyze data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of strategies, and make data-driven decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,346.20 per month
