We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Office Coordinator at [Institute Name]. Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

• Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, students, staff, and faculty, ensuring a positive first impression of the institute.
• Telephone Support: Answer incoming calls, screen and route calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.
• Visitor Assistance: Register and issue visitor badges, ensuring all visitors follow institute protocols.
• Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff, faculty, or guests as needed.
• Communication: Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing information or directing inquiries to the right department.

Office Coordinator Duties:

• Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Office Supplies: Maintain and reorder office supplies, ensuring all areas of the office are properly stocked and organized.
• Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling and coordinating internal meetings, events, and room bookings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, or training sessions, including preparing materials, arranging catering, and handling logistics.
• Document Management: Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, and ensure that documents are filed and retrieved efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations and communication between departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
