Job Role: Receptionist and Marketing Assistant

Must be promptly & timely sharing the work/ Office Updates to the Management / Reporting Officer.

Job Location: Vidyaranyapura - Work from Office Only. Can be deputed to other branches (On short Term/ Long term with prior notices - with relevant compensations/ allowances).
Job Timing: 10.30 am to 07.30 pm, •SUNDAY working-Friday WEEK OFF. •

Note: Minimum 1-year commitment must. For, 1st Year, Retention Money of 15 % will be Deducted from every month salary until 1 year , which will be, only rewarded at the end of completion of 1 year in job.
Job Profile / Description:
1) Manage All Front Office Operations referred as below:
- Accommodate Guests by Greeting/ Attending Visitors. And, handle all incoming / Outgoing Calls.
- Maintenance of Patient Record, Billing and other Records/ Office works in computer and log Books.
- Update all bills in Tally and ERP Software (Training will be given For Clinic's ERP Software).
2) Marketing Assistant Work Profile as referred below:
- Manage and Handle all Social Media Accounts and Emails.
- Manage online promotions and Campaigns by Writing and Analyzing Content.
- Help marketing team and other outreach programs by providing relevant data required.
- Create/ Run Online Ads on Various Platforms Such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram etc.
- Must complete all the tasks given as per schedule irrespective of self-vested interests.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
