:DescriptionSplunk Monitoring Business Analyst is responsible to onboard new customers and maintain existing customers on Splunk Monitoring Platform by organizing kick off, explaining the service offer,best practices for development and deployment phases of the lifecycle. Person would be responsible to understand customer challenges/needs and able to highlight and achieve the good balance in technical delivery needs with respect service and platform capabilities and features.Good stakeholder collaboration and transparent communication is key for this role to work with diverse internal stakeholders within and outside the Splunk Monitoring Team.He/she would be part of global team present in France,UK and IndiaHe/she shall be able to ensure high-reliability and high-availability of the features delivered with limited supervision.We are looking for someone who could bring value to the existing team with a growth mindset.Qualification & ExperienceEngineering or IT graduate with 4+ years of experience in real time monitoring GUI building and maintenance.Expert level:Experience in customer relationship, training and communicationExperience in building dashboard and alerts in SPLUNK platform (any certification appreciated)Proven track record in agile way of workingProven record of working in Splunk Enterprise Level ImplementationIntermediate level:Knowledge on one or more of SPLUNK Enterprise, SPLUNK ITSI, SPLUNK Enterprise Security, Splunk DB Connect, Splunk Http Event Collector,Splunk Universal ForwarderKnowledge on JIRA, GITHUB, JENKINS and ServiceNow and ITIL processesWork closely with the product and development team on the design of user interfacesMust be able to work with a multilevel structure and be familiar with integrating the front end to middle layerProvide support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues that ariseReviewing epics, user stories, and workflow diagrams to develop solutionsOther/desirable:Knowledge in Python, Powershell, Linux scripts, LDAP interfaceKnowledge of French language would be appreciatedKnowledge on AWS is an advantageResponsibilitiesWork with business in order to identify where Real Time Monitoring can provide valueProvide support for new and existing reports, dashboards and alertsDeliver training to business teams and promote standards and best practicesCollaborate with admin and developer in order to support new requirements (new source of data and advanced dashboard)Work closely with the product and development team on the design of user interfacesProvide support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues that ariseReviewing epics, user stories, and workflow diagrams to develop solutionsSuccess MetricsSuccess will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited toKPI on the usage of dashboard delivered, availability and performanceUser satisfaction and ROIEfficiency (KPI) on demand managementEfficiency of the features in terms of standard and reusabilityEnd user satisfaction and advocacyThe role will have the following key outputs:Identify and propose new business opportunitiesContribute to extend the coverage of the platform to deliver new featuresComprehensive and world class DevOps capability including ways of working, tools and centre of excellenceThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus Group India Private LimitedContract Type: Permanent Contract / CDI / Unbefristet / Contrato indefinidoExperience Level: Professional / Exp\xc3\xa9riment\xc3\xa9(e) / Professionell / ProfesionalJob Family: Information Mgmt and Digital Technology
