Real Estate Transaction Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Transaction Attorney,
preferably male, to join our team at Nariman Point, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in handling real estate transactions, with a particular
focus on redevelopment of society-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
? Handle and oversee real estate transactions from start to finish.
? Provide legal expertise and support for redevelopment and society-related
projects.
? Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements.
? Conduct thorough due diligence and title searches.
? Liaise with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders to ensure
smooth transaction processes.
? Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
? Male candidates preferred.
? Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate transaction law.
? Proven track record or strong knowledge of handling real estate transactions,
particularly in the redevelopment of society-related projects.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
