Building awareness on Knowledge of Real Estate domain which includes RERA regulations, Hydra regulations, Approvals from HMDA, DTCP and other municipal approvals.
Recruiting new associates by identifying the right people who are motivated to build wealth through Real Estate Sales.
Training and motivating Real Estate sales associates in life skills, attitude, communication skills, etiquette, selling skills, presentation skills, leadership, negotiation skills and Soft Skills.
