: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Taurus Realty services
• Follow up on leads and inquiries from various sources
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate property solutions
• Schedule property viewings and appointments for potential buyers/renters
• Maintain a detailed database of client interactions and follow-ups
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of motivation and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
