Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Contact potential clients through cold calls and follow-up calls.
Identify prospective buyers or tenants by understanding their requirements.
Maintain a database of leads and update information as needed.
Sales Promotion:
Explain features, benefits, and pricing of various real estate properties.
Promote upcoming projects and special offers to prospective clients.
Schedule property visits or meetings with the sales team.
Customer Service:
Provide information on property availability, pricing, and terms.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Data Management:
Record details of interactions with clients, including inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups.
Use CRM systems to manage and track leads and sales activities.
Generate and analyze reports on call performance and lead conversion rates.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies.
Share market insights and client feedback with the team to improve services.
