: Real Estate Telecaller

Roles and Responsibilities:Engage with potential clients over the phone to introduce real estate projects and services.
Understand customer requirements and provide insights on suitable properties and offerings.
Maintain strong client relations by ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Keep accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
Participate in team meetings to discuss sales goals and strategies for achieving them.
Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to management.
Stay updated with industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and propose competitive solutions.
Manage appointment schedules and coordinate property viewings for prospective clients.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve customer satisfaction levels and sales efficiency.
Required Qualifications:Proven experience as a Telecaller, especially within the real estate sector.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.
Strong ability to manage and engage with a high volume of calls effectively.
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and efficiently.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Possession of a positive attitude and the ability to handle customer objections gracefully.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in other local languages being advantageous.
