Job Summary

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for developing the sales team, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently. Working with customers, suppliers and members, evaluate budgets, P&L and determine ways to simplify and improve the sales process. The role will entail assigning sales territories, mentoring members of their sales team, setting target, assigning sales training, full HR of the team and building sales plans. In the role you will also set goals, identify priorities and eliminate redundant activities to increase sales.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing of clients Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. Delegating tasks to team members.

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence and communication skills. Conducting monthly/quarterly performance reviews.

Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team. Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Source team members. (FOS) Evaluating the knowledge of team members periodically.

To keep up with the market updates and insights. Day planning for each individual.

Mapping KPI/KRA for every individual. Closing of sales for any and all team members, as and when provided.

To develop a positive relationship with all clients closed or interacted. To develop business development

Training and Learning for their team Generating business from referral and existing clients Skills:

3 yrs. of B2C sales experience One should own vehicle

Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred Passionate about sales

Good communication skills & Client handling skills Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients

Flexibility with rotation offs and stretchable hours Outlook-Properly groomed and formally dressed

Confidence and skillful negotiating skills Strong organizational skills to give the team direction In-station, Outstation and Internal trave

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
