Job Title: Sourcing Team Lead (Real Estate)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Team Lead to oversee and manage a team of Sourcing Managers within our Real Estate division. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in Navi Mumbai, and possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills. The Sourcing Team Lead will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing relationships with channel partners, and ensuring the achievement of sourcing targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership and Management:



o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sourcing Managers.

o Set clear performance goals and objectives for the team.

o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.



Strategic Sourcing:



o Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and secure channel partners.

o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.

o Ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with overall business goals.



Relationship Management:



o Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, brokers, and real estate developers.

o Negotiate terms and agreements with channel partners to secure favorable conditions.

o Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.



Market Analysis and Reporting:



o Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential sourcing opportunities.

o Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, performance metrics, and market trends.

o Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?60,086.00 - ?70,551.08 per month
