Role & responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, online platforms, offline advertisements and cold calling.
Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers. Understand their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer suitable plot options.
Property Showcase : Conduct site tours to showcase available plots, highlighting their unique features, amenities, and investment potential.
Sales Process Management : Handle the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding plot availability, pricing, and payment options.
Negotiation : Negotiate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements and handle any objections or concerns that may arise during the sales process.
Documentation and Legal Compliance : Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to effectively position the plots for sale.
Sales Targets : Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue and growth objectives.
CRM Management : Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain client records, track interactions, and follow up on leads.
Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to the sales manager or higher authorities.
Customer Service : Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Preferred candidate profile
Education : Any graduate degree.
Proven Sales Experience : Prior experience in real estate sales, especially in selling land plots, is highly desirable.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. English and Tamil proficiency is a must.
Persuasion Skills : Ability to persuade and influence potential buyers to make informed decisions.
Market Knowledge : Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and demand.
Negotiation Skills : Proficient in negotiation techniques to close deals effectively.
Customer-Centric Approach : A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Technology Savvy : Familiarity with CRM software, email communication, and basic computer skills.
Networking Abilities : Strong networking skills to build a vast client base and referral network.
Self-motivated : Ability to work independently and meet sales targets without constant supervision.
Flexibility : Willingness to work during weekends and attend promotional events when required.
