Profile-Business Development Executive/Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager for Real Estate Firm
•Responsibilities: •
v Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
v Sale Residential as well as commercial projects to end users.
v Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
v Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
v Perform comparative market analysis to know happenings in real estate.
v Display and market real property to possible buyers.
v Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
v Maintain and update listings of available properties.
v Remote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
v Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
v Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
v Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
v Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
v Own conveyance is a must
Salary Offered: As per the company norms & market standards and Negotiable As per the caliber of Candidate & Current CTC.
Starting Salary-15000/ to 45000/- Per Month
