Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set up property viewings.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote property listings and enhance brand awareness.
• Create compelling presentations and marketing materials for client meetings and property showcases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Utilize social media and other online platforms to engage with potential clients and drive traffic to listings.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
