Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, prospecting new business, and driving sales of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying or renting process.
• Property Listings:
Research, list, and market properties for sale or rent, including creating property listings, arranging viewings, and managing client inquiries.
• Sales & Negotiation:
Negotiate property prices, terms, and contracts between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Market Knowledge:
Stay informed on the latest market trends, property values, and industry regulations to advise clients effectively.
• Lead Generation:
Proactively seek out new clients through networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling.
• Closing Deals:
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry through to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and professional transaction.
• Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues and other departments to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
Proven experience as a real estate sales executive or similar role, with a solid track record of achieving sales targets.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certifications:
Real Estate License (if required by local laws).
• Personal Traits:

Compensation:
• Salary: Base salary + commission (based on sales)
