Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a background in real estate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong

relationships with clients. You will be a key player in our company's growth, helping clients find their ideal properties and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential buyers and investors through various channels such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and direct outreach.

Property Presentations: Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of available listings to prospective clients.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant information and advice.

Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring both the client's and

the company's best interests are met.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support throughout the buying process.

Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team, telecalling department, or through your own initiatives, converting them into successful sales.

Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary documentation and paperwork

required for property purchases, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the

company.

After-Sales Service: Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and

encourage repeat business or referrals.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
