Job Summary:
The Real Estate Salesperson is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. This role involves prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, guiding clients through the purchasing or leasing process, and negotiating contracts. A successful Real Estate Salesperson must be proactive, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, social media, referrals, and other lead generation strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences in property selection.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering guidance, and addressing concerns throughout the buying or selling process.
• Property Listings & Showings:
• Assist clients in listing their properties for sale or rent, including preparing property listings and marketing materials.
• Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers or renters.
• Provide clients with market analysis, property details, and comparable property information to help them make informed decisions.
• Market Knowledge & Research:
• Stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide clients with relevant information.
• Conduct property research to identify the best options for clients, based on their budget and needs.
• Advise clients on pricing strategies and market conditions.
• Negotiation & Contract Management:
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.
• Draft and review real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
• Coordinate with other professionals, such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and attorneys, to facilitate smooth transactions.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?42,488.87 per month
