Company Description REAL ESTATE SALES EXICUTIVE Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate located in Pune. The Real Estate Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities such as marketing and promoting properties, negotiating and finalizing sales, and maintaining client relationships. Qualifications Customer Service skills Valid Real Estate License Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate market trends Proven Sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: Marketing skills Ability to work with different stakeholders such as clients, brokers, and real estate agents Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations Experience working in real estate industry
