We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Executive Representatives to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.

Job Responsibilities: -
. Work with buyers and Chanel Partners properties throughout the area.
. Handle both inbound/ outbound calls.
. Maximize revenue generation and lead closures.
. Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate
solution.
. Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
. Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, and lead generation services.
. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
. Establish and maintained good relations with all clients.
. Participate in the company's sales strategy.
Requirements:
• Excellent organisational skills to work independently and manage projects.
• Minimum 1-2-year experience in similar field or capacity.
• Strong organisation & scheduling skills.
• Candidates must be organised, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
