Profile: Real Estate Sales Executive/ Manager Location: Noida sec 127 "Vehicle is Mandate" Roles & Responsibility - Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and preferences. - Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses. - Provide detailed information about properties and their surrounding areas. - Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process. - Prepare necessary paperwork and contracts. - Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. - Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and new listings. - Conduct comparative market analysis to accurately price properties. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals. - Participate in networking events and activities to generate leads and expand your client base. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties. - Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional methods to attract potential buyers and sellers. - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the transaction process. - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Required Skills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactive and motivated with a strong desire to succeed. - Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one). - Additional Skills (Preferred for Experienced Candidates): - Proven experience as a real estate sales associate or similar role. - Strong negotiation and marketing skills. - In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends. - Ability to handle multiple transactions and clients simultaneously. - Advanced certifications or continuing education in real estate.
