Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, market conditions, and property values in Noida.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven track record of success in commercial real estate sales, preferably in the Noida market.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
Knowledge of commercial real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics in India.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
