Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market share.
• Identify and target potential clients within the automobile, real estate, and banking sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients through various channels (e.g., face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails).
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
