OVERVIEW: Our dream team is looking to employ a dedicated and customer-oriented \xe2\x80\x98Senior Sales Representative\xe2\x80\x99 to drive sales and guide our sales team. The dynamic go getter would be responsible to discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the opportunist would contribute to meet and surpass business expectations efficiently and accelerate the company\xe2\x80\x99s rapid and sustainable growth. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiating telephonic calls, in-person visits and digital presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Researching various sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Demonstrating products and services to existing/potential customers and assisting them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Developing clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective customers.
  • Coordinating sales effort with several departments to appreciate the value to the organization.
  • Participates in trade shows and conventions.
  • Generating business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Sell ing properties by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Strengthening relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit improvements.
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Experience range: 2 years+ in Real Estate Residential Sales
  • Strong communication skills ( Hindi, Marathi & English )
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Prospecting and Negotiation skills
  • Exceptional Excellent Closing Skills
  • Hands on experience on CRM software
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 945,000.00 per month Benefits:
