Jeatal Construction Pvt. Ltd. seeks a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our real estate projects and operations. This role requires a strategic leader to manage cross-functional teams and drive the company growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team across various departments including project management, finance, marketing, and sales.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and enhance operational efficiency.
• Project Oversight: Ensure the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion, maintaining quality standards and timelines.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Performance Management: Establish KPIs for departments, monitor performance, and implement improvements as necessary.
• Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Qualifications:-
• Minimum 02-06 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry, with at least 03 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams.
• Strong financial understanding and experience in budget management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile -
• 01 - 03 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (residential & commercial).
• Strong understanding of local real estate markets, including townships, housing, property, and commercial real estate.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through innovative marketing strategies.
