• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate new leads through networking, referrals, and various sales channels.
• Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and guiding them through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Property Listings: Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate information and appealing presentations.
• Market Research: Stay updated on current real estate trends, property values, and market conditions to provide clients with the most relevant information.
• Negotiation: Act as a skilled negotiator to achieve the best deals for both buyers and sellers.
• Closing Deals: Assist clients through the transaction process, ensuring smooth communication between all parties and facilitating successful property closings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other agents, brokers, and professionals to provide comprehensive service to clients.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
