Job Description

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide professional advice on real estate transactions.
• Property Listings: Research, list, and market properties for sale, ensuring they reach a wide audience through various channels.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to secure the best deals.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated with local market trends, property values, and relevant regulations to provide clients with accurate information.
• Documentation: Assist clients with all paperwork required for real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support and follow-up services.
• Networking: Develop a network of contacts within the industry, including other real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
