We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Associates specializing in cold calling to join our dynamic team in India. As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our property listings, and driving our sales goals through effective cold calling strategies. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers through effective questioning and data collection.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Property Listings: Provide clients with detailed information about property listings, including features, pricing, and availability.
• Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
• Market Research: Stay updated on property values, market trends, and competitive listings to provide clients with relevant information.
• Sales Transactions: Assist clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on cold calling.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
