Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a knack for building relationships, and a drive to exceed sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: o Proactively seek out potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized solutions.
Property Sales: o Present and promote properties to prospective buyers through effective presentations, site visits, and open houses. o Negotiate sale prices and terms, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company. o Prepare and execute all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
Market Analysis: o Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitor activities. o Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information to help them make informed decisions.
Sales Targets: o Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. o Track and report on sales activities and results to management
• Marketing and Promotion: o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns. o Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach a wider audience and generate leads.
• Customer Service: o Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. o Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications: o

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. o Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
