Responsibilities:- Proactively seek out potential clients and leads in the real estate market.- Conduct property viewings and provide guidance to clients on property features and market conditions.- Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties.- Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.- Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or renters.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.Requirements:- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per monthSchedule:
