The Candidate attributes should be as below: The candidate must have at least 8-10 years of Real Estate Sales Experience Prior experience in working in the Faridabad Real Estate Market is preferred Must have worked with recognized real estate player like DLF, Godrej Properties, Ansal, Omaxe, Raheja, Parsvnath etc. Should have prior experience of handling a team Should have some knowledge of digital marketing techniques Should preferably be a an MBA Salary bracket: INR 15-20 Lakhs Should be available for immediate joining

JD for the same is as below:

Spearheading the sales and marketing activities in collaboration with the senior management
Designing marketing campaigns including digital marketing campaigns to augment lead generation
Managing a team of sales manager and executive and directing them to achieve the best results
Setting up the process to onboard channel partners and designing their incentive plan
Setting up the process to track and monitor the lead generation process
Ensuring a smooth and happy customer experience to the clients
Managing and planning the cashflow from new sales
Providing weekly updates to the Business Head on all aspects of the sales and marketing process
Having a winning attitude to take on aggressive targets and meet them
