Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market trends and property
values.
? Prospect, qualify, and generate sales leads through various methods, including cold calling,
networking, and referrals.
? Conduct property evaluations and provide clients with accurate and competitive market analyses.
? Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from property search to closing the deal,
ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
? Negotiate and draft offers and contracts, ensuring the best possible terms for the clients.
? Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with accurate
and reliable information. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat
business and referrals.
? Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
