Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, property valuation, and closing skills.
• Commercial Real Estate experience is an advantage.
• Exceptional sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of market trends, real estate laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Sell residential and commercial properties to clients.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver high-quality presentations.
• Assist clients in property selection and effectively close deals.
• Provide insightful market research and trend analysis to guide client decisions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for long-term business growth.

Experience & Salary:

• 1-2 years of real estate experience required.
• Salary: Up to 6 LPA (based on experience and performance).
