Neeraj & Chetan Realty LLP is a leading real estate brokerage firm specializing in flats, apartments, residential and commercial properties, plots, and investment solutions. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth by closing high-value deals in the competitive Gurgaon real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales executives.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into successful deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the real estate sector.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance to refine sales strategies.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, property viewings, and industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
