We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth by closing high-value deals in the competitive Gurgaon real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales executives.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into successful deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the real estate sector.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance to refine sales strategies.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, property viewings, and industry events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
