Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in real estate sales.

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.

Proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
