Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at First Door Realty LLP in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting relevant property options, negotiating and closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves building relationships with clients, conducting property tours, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects.

2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

3. Present, promote, and sell properties using solid arguments to prospective customers.

4. Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms.

5. Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

6. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

7. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

9. Prepare and submit reports on sales performance and activities.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in real estate.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

4. Knowledge of real estate market trends and legal regulations.

5. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.

6. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

7. Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

Experience :

Salary : Salary negotiable based on the candidate's last drawn salary, with a possibility of a hike Location: Jmd Megapolis 10 floor, 1010 Unit Number Sector 48 Gurgaon.
