Job Description

Sales Team Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets

and objectives.

? Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans

to drive revenue growth.

? Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.client calling, Lead generation.

? Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular

reports to senior management.

? Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to

ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

? Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior

management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
