  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
  • Convince/encourage clients for site visit.
  • Manage sales leads by providing response to clients maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
  • Analyze client requirements and assist them with their quires and clarifications.
  • Build an on-going relationship with existing clients and potential clients.
  • Coordinate customer site visits.
Innovative and good convincing skills and building customer relationship. Excellent oral communication skills in English, Kannada, Telegu and Tamil . Should have minimum 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. Should be a target oriented Good in analytical and logical ability. Should be a team player and learning spirit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Should be a passionate, have a positive attitude and being proactive is must. Candidate must have experience in real estate industry. Candidates around Hoskote,KR Puram and Whitefield area are preferred. Male candidates preferred. Graduation is preferredJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per monthJadwal:
