Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to targeted customers, following up with potential clients, creating strategies to increase sales, conducting data mining for potential customers, sending emails, and potentially meeting with clients in person. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop targeted call lists.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate services.
  • Follow up with potential clients to maintain ongoing communication and build rapport.
  • Utilize data mining techniques to identify and target potential customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the client base.
  • Send emails to potential customers to introduce our real estate services.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to discuss their real estate needs.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with clients in a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our real estate services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a real estate sales representative or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, data mining techniques, and email marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 935,000.00 - 960,000.00 per month Benefits:
