Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Representation:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
2. Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and opportunities.
Analyze comparable properties to establish competitive market pricing.
3. Property Promotion & Marketing:
List properties on various platforms, including MLS, online portals, and social media.
Host open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers or renters.
4. Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate purchase agreements, rental contracts, and lease terms.
Collaborate with lawyers, appraisers, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
Prepare necessary documents, contracts, and agreements.
5. Building Client Relationships:
Develop a network of clients, investors, and industry professionals.
Provide post-sale support to build long-term relationships and referrals.
6. Compliance & Knowledge:
Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
Ensure all transactions comply with legal and ethical standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales and negotiation expertise.
Ability to analyze market trends and client needs.
Proficiency in real estate software and online marketing tools.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Education & Licensing:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Must hold a valid real estate license as per local or state requirements.
Work Environment:
Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Combination of office-based work and fieldwork (property showings, client meetings).
