Real Estate Salesperson
Job Description
: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell properties, guiding them through every step of the transaction. You will work closely with clients, build strong relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
oAssist clients in buying or selling properties
oProvide clients with market trends and insights
oConduct property viewings and open houses
oPrepare and present offers and contracts
oNegotiate on behalf of clients
oDevelop and maintain a network of clients through referrals, advertising, and lead generation
oStay updated on local real estate market conditions and regulations
oMeet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
oPrevious experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred
oStrong communication and negotiation skills
oSelf-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
oAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients
oKnowledge of local real estate market is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
