Job Title: New Development Sales Associate: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Development Sales Associate specializing in cold calling to join our dynamic team in India. In this role, you will work closely with developers to sell newly constructed properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional cold calling skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments for property viewings.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential buyers through effective questioning and data collection.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Property Listings: Provide clients with detailed information about new development properties, including features, pricing, and availability.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on property values, market trends, and competitive listings to provide clients with relevant information.
  • Sales Transactions: Assist clients through the buying process, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions using excel.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers and the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on sales
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong cold calling and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
