Role Description

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of real estate sales agents, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure team goals are met.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate developers, brokers, and other stakeholders. Act as a point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and sales methodologies to drive productivity and performance across the team.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
Recruitment and Training: Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members. Develop training programs and resources to enhance team skills and knowledge of real estate markets, products, and services.
Budget Management: Collaborate with finance and senior management to develop and manage the departmental budget. Ensure resources are allocated effectively to support sales activities and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (6+ years) in real estate sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and developing a high performing sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, legal aspects of property sales, and financing options.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and drive results under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Valid real estate agent/broker license (preferred).
