We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our sales operations, focusing on building relationships with builders in the Gandhinagar region and promoting our services for selling their properties on a commission basis. This role involves a blend of office and outside work, requiring excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for real estate sales. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders and property developers in Gandhinagar.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties for sale and evaluate market trends.
  • Present our services to builders, highlighting the benefits of working with us to sell their properties.
  • Negotiate commission agreements and contracts with builders and property owners.
  • Coordinate property listings, marketing materials, and promotional activities to attract potential buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings, showcase properties to interested buyers, and facilitate negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to make informed sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Gandhinagar and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Gandhinagar region.
  • Experience in handling sales negotiations, contracts, and client relationship management.
