Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders and property developers in Gandhinagar.
Conduct market research to identify potential properties for sale and evaluate market trends.
Present our services to builders, highlighting the benefits of working with us to sell their properties.
Negotiate commission agreements and contracts with builders and property owners.
Coordinate property listings, marketing materials, and promotional activities to attract potential buyers.
Conduct property viewings, showcase properties to interested buyers, and facilitate negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
