Good market knowledge for places like, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and other adjoining areas.
Knowledge about real estates for minimum 1 years.
Capability to lead team, motivate and achieving targets.
Go getter attitude with different ideas.
Ability to handle customer queries and grievances.
Preference will be given if with strong broker channels.
Strong idea regarding after sales services.
Having experience in outdoor activities like corporate presentations, road shows.
Having good idea regarding handover process.
Strong Communication Skills in English,Hindi&Oriya.
Have clear knowledge regarding home loans.
Desired candidate profile
Knowledge of High Rise Residential/Commercial/Township/and well conversant with requirements of Real Estate sector is a must.
Musthaveademonstratedtrack-recordofmanagingateamhandlinghigh- end residential and commercial projects.
Musthaveexcellentcommunication,presentation andnegotiationskills,a pleasant personality and an analytical blend of mind.
Must be a self-motivated team player who can get the best out of his team members.
Good knowledge in Computer like MS-office,Internet.
Experience : Minimum 1 to 5years in real estate industry.
